When placing an order, every buyer must provide the required data, which are processed and stored in accordance with Slovenian legislation (the protection of personal data is governed by a separate document available here). These Terms apply both to buyers who are natural persons and to legal entities, whereby the provisions on withdrawal from the contract and on the warranty of conformity of services apply only to consumers (a natural person who acquires or uses services for purposes outside their professional or gainful activity).
The buyer consents to these Terms and agrees with them in full when they confirm, in a dedicated box before placing the order, that they have read them. These Terms also form an integral part of the sales contract between the buyer and the provider of the service that the buyer purchases in the Online Shop.
2. Consumer protection
The Online Shop operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), and we are also bound by at least the Obligations Code (OZ) and the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT). In cases where conditions are not specified in the Terms, the statutory provisions apply automatically.
3. Online Shop
3.1. Registration of a user account
In the Online Shop you can easily shop without logging in, as an unregistered user.
However, using the online programs will require logging in with a username or e-mail address and a password.
The registered user is also responsible for the protection of personal data, by ensuring the security of their username and password. If the registered user discovers misuse of, or any other interference by a third party with, their user account, they should report this immediately to the provider at dobrodosli@asjadominko.si, so that we can temporarily suspend the user account and thereby prevent further misuse.
3.2. Description of the technical purchasing procedure
The consumer successfully completes an order in two basic steps of the purchasing process. To place an online program in the Online Shop cart, the consumer presses the “Dodaj v košarico” (Add to cart) icon, and at that very moment the online program is placed in the online purchase cart. If they wish to continue the purchase, the consumer can choose between two options, “Nadaljuj z nakupovanjem” (Continue shopping) or “Zaključek naročila” (Complete order), which are displayed when the consumer selects an online program and presses the “Dodaj v košarico” (Add to cart) icon.
The steps of the purchasing process are as follows: CART and COMPLETION OF PURCHASE. In the cart, the consumer can view the contents of the cart, the quantity of the selected programs and the amount including VAT, as well as the final amount of the purchase. The consumer continues the purchasing process by entering the personal data required to complete the purchase. In this step the consumer also selects the payment method and completes the purchasing process by clicking the “Zaključek naročila” (Complete order) button. At the bottom of the page, right next to the order confirmation, there is a hyperlink to the website's terms of business, where the consumer can read the terms of business. The check box is required, and the purchase cannot be completed without ticking it. On clicking “Kupite sedaj” (Buy now), the consumer receives a confirmation of the completed purchase at the e-mail address they entered.
The consumer may change both the online programs in the cart and the personal data at any time. In the “Košarica” (Cart) step, the consumer can remove online programs they have placed in the cart by pressing the “x” icon. By pressing the browser's “back” arrow, the consumer can select additional online programs in the Online Shop and thus correct an error regarding the ordered online program. The consumer can correct personal data while entering them at any point of placing the order. This is done by pressing the browser's “back” arrow.
3.3. Prices of services
Prices of services in the Online Shop are stated in euros (EUR), are valid at the moment the order is placed and have no predetermined period of validity. The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the buyer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply both to the provider and to the buyer. Promotions and discounts are defined in the Online Shop and apply to the marked services for a specified period. Promotions and discounts are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined. By confirming the purchase, the buyer also undertakes to pay for the order.
3.4. Online programs
The conditions set out in this section apply to the purchase of online programs led by the Provider. The Provider offers the following programs:
a) VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM
The features of the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM are presented to the user on the website asjadominko.com, or the user may obtain further information by e-mail or telephone.
The user fully accepts all responsibility for their wellbeing during the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM.
The user is aware that:
- owing to the emotionally intense nature of the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM, unpredictable emotional states may arise which, in a transitional phase, could adversely affect their wellbeing. The very purpose of the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM is to work with strong negative feelings, and this can only be done by bringing them into awareness and, in the next phase, releasing them;
- the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM is an alternative form of self-help that is not medically recognised and is not suitable for treating or diagnosing specific medical conditions, or as a substitute for professional healthcare;
- they are healthy and feel able to take part in the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM. They have no physical, mental (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis) or other problems or conditions that would prevent them from taking part in the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM;
- they fully accept all responsibility for their wellbeing during the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM.
3.5. Free content
Through its Online Shop, the Provider also offers free content, for example a Free conversation and a Free handbook: “7 korakov za lažje obvladovanje tesnobe” (7 steps to managing anxiety more easily).
a) Free conversation
The free conversation with the Provider lasts 30 minutes and can take place in person in Maribor, by telephone or online (Zoom or Viber). The Provider selects the date and time of the free conversation via the website, enters the data and selects the format of the free conversation. The User is informed of further instructions for the free conversation by e-mail, at the address entered when booking.
b) Free handbook
Via the website, the Provider enables the User to download the free handbook “7 korakov za lažje obvladovanje tesnobe” (7 steps to managing anxiety more easily); to receive it, the User must enter their name, e-mail address and telephone number. After entering the required data, the User receives the free handbook at their e-mail address.
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
Online events are ordered through the online shop at https://asjadominko.si/ 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The buyer selects and orders online events, which are arranged into individual sales categories. The Provider reserves the right to disable the online shop or to disable access to it due to technical or other problems or maintenance, which also means that the Online Shop cannot be used. In the event of technical problems in the online shop, the Provider reserves the right to cancel placed orders affected by the technical error. In the event of cancellation of orders, the Provider will inform you as soon as possible and advise you of the next steps.
The sales contract between the Provider and the buyer in the Online Shop is concluded at the moment the Provider sends the buyer the first e-mail confirming their order. The sales contract (i.e. the first e-mail on the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the Provider's server and is available to consumers on their written request.
After placing each order, the buyer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. It contains all the details of the purchase made by the buyer.
5. Payment methods
The Online Shop offers the following payment methods:
a) Direct bank transfer
The buyer makes the payment to the Provider's bank account. The transfer details are given in the order confirmation e-mail, which the buyer receives at the e-mail address they provided during the purchasing procedure.
b) Payment card
Payment by payment card is made through the Stripe online platform. When paying by payment card, the buyer may pay for online programs in several instalments. The buyer selects the number of instalments as soon as they add the online program to the cart. The method and due dates of the instalments are shown when the number of instalments is selected, by clicking “Preberi več” (Read more). In the case of payment in instalments, the purchase is made only once (the first time); all further monthly partial payments (instalments) are automated. In the case of payment in instalments, the Provider also charges interest, which is already included in the total amount.
After payment for the ordered online programs, the Provider also sends the buyer an invoice to the buyer's e-mail address. The invoice itemises the price and all costs related to the purchase. The buyer must check that the data are correct before placing the order.
The buyer undertakes that, if their payment card expires, they will provide Asja Dominko d.o.o. with the details of a new, valid payment card or renew the purchase with a new, valid payment card. The buyer also undertakes to ensure sufficient funds on the payment card to pay for the entire program.
In the case of payment in instalments, the user may conclude a contract with the company Ticker d.o.o. The user handles all questions directly with Ticker d.o.o.
6. Right of withdrawal from the contract
In a distance purchase (online purchase), the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The consumer has no right of withdrawal from a contract for the supply of digital content if performance of the contract has begun with their express prior consent and their acknowledgement that they will lose the right of withdrawal once the Provider has performed the contract in full.
The consumer exercises the right of withdrawal by giving the Provider an unequivocal statement that they are withdrawing from the contract. The consumer sends the unequivocal statement exercising the right of withdrawal to the Provider by e-mail, to the address: dobrodosli@asjadominko.si. The consumer has informed the Provider of the withdrawal in good time if they send the statement within the period specified for withdrawal from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Provider shall, without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, refund a proportionate share of the payment – that is, the payments received that the consumer did not use within the 3-month VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM. In the case of a purchase of the VIBRANT LIFE PROGRAM, the Provider therefore refunds only those payments received that the consumer did not use within the 3-month program.
The Provider refunds payments to the consumer using the same means of payment as the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not incur any costs as a result.
On withdrawal from a contract for the purchase of online events, the buyer must refrain from using the content of the event and must not make it available to third parties.
7. Warranty of conformity of goods
As the subject of the purchase is digital content or digital services, the Provider is liable in accordance with Articles 109 to 120 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).
In the case of a single supply or a series of individual supplies of digital content or a digital service, the Provider is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of supply. In the case of continuous supply of digital content or a digital service over a certain period, the Provider is liable for any lack of conformity that occurs or becomes apparent during the period in which the digital content or digital service is to be supplied under the contract.
In the event of a lack of conformity of the digital content or digital service, the consumer may, under the conditions laid down by ZVPot-1:
- require the digital content or digital service to be brought into conformity,
- require a proportionate reduction of the price, or
- withdraw from the contract for the supply of the digital content or digital service.
a) Request to bring the digital content or digital service into conformity
The Provider will bring the digital content or digital service into conformity, unless this would be impossible or would impose disproportionate costs on the Provider, taking into account all the circumstances of the case, including the value the digital content would have if it were in conformity and the significance of the lack of conformity. Conformity shall be brought about within a reasonable period from the moment the consumer informed the Provider of the lack of conformity, free of charge and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account the nature of the digital content and the purpose for which the consumer required that digital content.
b) Price reduction
The consumer may request a proportionate reduction of the price, where the digital content is supplied in exchange for payment of a price, or withdraw from the contract for the supply of digital content, in any of the following cases:
- bringing the digital content into conformity is impossible or disproportionate; or
- the Provider has not brought the digital content into conformity, or
- the digital content remains non-conforming despite the Provider's attempt to bring it into conformity; or
- the lack of conformity of the digital content is so serious as to justify an immediate proportionate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract for the supply of digital content, or
- the Provider has declared, or it is clear from the circumstances, that the Provider will not bring the digital content into conformity within a reasonable period or without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
c) Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has no right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content supplied in exchange for payment if the lack of conformity of the digital content is only minor. The burden of proving that the lack of conformity of the digital content is minor lies with the Provider.
8. Cancellation of the order by the provider
Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, the Provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse an order that we find we cannot carry out under the stated conditions and with the data available to us. If the buyer has already transferred the full purchase price on the basis of a pro forma invoice, we will refund it within 5 working days.
The Provider reserves the option of withdrawing from the contract if a fundamental mistake is established in accordance with Article 46 of the Obligations Code.
9. Protection of personal data
By entering data on the website or by placing an order, the buyer permits the processing of personal data. The Online Shop uses and stores the data obtained in accordance with applicable legislation.
Personal data are collected solely for the purposes of processing the order and for the internal needs of the Online Shop, for executing payment for the order, sending offers, customer segmentation, analysing purchasing behaviour, sending advertising material and offers, etc.
The Online Shop undertakes to protect all personal data. The data collected will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties or unauthorised persons. The buyer is also responsible for protecting the data, by ensuring the security of their username and password.
More information on the protection of personal data in the company is available in the “Privacy Policy”, accessible at this link.
10. Complaints and disputes
You may submit a complaint in writing to the business address specified in the Basic information section or by e-mail to dobrodosli@asjadominko.si. We will respond to your complaints as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of receiving them.
Within 30 working days, the Online Shop will send its decision on the objection, with appropriate explanations, in writing to the customer's contact address. With this, the decision of the Online Shop is final and the internal complaints procedure is concluded.
We will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. If an agreement is not possible, the court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction, unless other optional jurisdictions made available by the relevant legislation apply to the consumer. The applicable law is the law in force in the Republic of Slovenia.
11. Legal notice
The Online Shop and all data on it, such as texts, product images, graphic and video elements, are protected by the Copyright Act (Zakon o avtorskih pravicah) and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
In accordance with statutory rules, we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS). This does not limit the consumer's right to bring the dispute before the competent court (section 10).
The European platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR) no longer operates. Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, which governed this platform, was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so the obligation to publish a link to the platform no longer applies.
13. Final provisions
The Online Shop reserves the right to change the Terms at any time and without prior notice. The amended Terms will be published on the Provider's website.

I am aware that I may address all of the above requests concerning the exercise of rights in relation to personal data in writing to the controller, namely to the e-mail address dobrodosli@asjadominko.si.
I am aware that, for the purposes of reliable identification when rights in relation to personal data are exercised, the controller may request additional information from me, and may refuse to act only if it demonstrates that it cannot reliably identify me.

In accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, the provider is bound to protect the personal data of the users of its website. Under no circumstances will the provider, without the user's express permission, pass on the user's personal or other data to a third party or allow a third party to inspect the user's personal or other data, unless required to do so by state authorities, if such an obligation is laid down by law, or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before the courts or other state bodies and for the protection and exercise of the company's legitimate interests.

There is no online shop on the website asjadominko.com. On it, you can book a free introductory conversation and send a message through the contact form. In operating the website, the provider uses the following external processors:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting. When the website is visited, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of visit) are processed on the hosting provider's servers, which may also be located outside the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union. Data transfers to the USA are carried out on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Privacy policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- YouCanBookMe: booking of the introductory conversation (see the section “Notifications through the booking system”). The booking calendar loads together with the page.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): forwarding of messages from the contact form to the provider's e-mail address. The provider uses the data from the form (name, e-mail address, telephone number, message) only to reply to the message.
- Vimeo: display of videos. The Vimeo player loads only when the visitor clicks on a video. Privacy policy: https://vimeo.com/privacy.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google): measurement of website traffic and advertising performance. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel load only if the visitor selects “Accept” in the cookie banner. If the visitor selects “Decline” or selects nothing, these tools are not loaded and no data are sent to them. These providers may also process data outside the European Union, on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the cookies and site data of the website asjadominko.com in your browser settings; the cookie banner will then be shown again on your next visit.
